had time to convey his last message before he died on Saturday (8/11).
Antasari died due to being infected with a virus, based on information from the deceased’s son-in-law, Ardiansyah.

The man born in Pangkal Pinang on March 18 1953 died at the age of 72 at his home in the Les Belles Mainsons E-10 Housing Complex, North Serpong District, South Tangerang City.The deceased died at 10.57 WIB.
“But thank God he (Antasari) wanted to die at home. When he told me he wanted to die at home, he wanted to go home,” said Ardiansyah, Saturday (8/11).
Ardiansyah said the deceased was treated in hospital, but the doctor allowed him to go home.
“So we took him home and early in the morning he was in critical condition, maybe he was old,” he said softly.
He represents the bereaved family, apologizing for the mistakes of the deceased during his life.During his tenure as Chairman of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) and at the Prosecutor’s Office, he apologized for the mistakes and oversights of the deceased.
“I ask for prayers from media colleagues and the public, hopefully the late Husnul Khotimah. Once again, from the representative family, I apologize, that’s all from us,” he said.
Antasari Azhar leaves two children and seven grandchildren.
Based on monitoring by hitclubapk3 Indonesia, the funeral home in Les Belles Mainsons E-10, North Serpong District was filled with mourners.
One by one, bouquets of condolence flowers arrived and filled the road leading to the funeral home yard.Also present were Antasari’s attorney, Boyamin Saiman and the Chair of the National Police Reform Commission, Jimly Asshiddiqie.
