Former national motorbike racer from West Kalimantan (Kalbar), BJ (43), was arrested by the police for smuggling
drugs

“During the inspection, a package was found which initially passed like ordinary cargo. However, the behavior of the sniffer dog showed a strong signal of the presence of dangerous substances in the package,” explained Kubu Raya Police Narcotics Unit Head AKP Sagi via Head of Penmas Sub-Section Aiptu Ade, Monday (8/12) as quoted from

“The methamphetamine was packaged with ground coffee with the aim of neutralizing the smell of the Pontianak Customs K9 sniffer dog,” he continued.
After coordination between Pontianak Customs and Excise in coordination with the Kubu Raya Police Labubu Team, BJ’s name was identified as the sender.BJ was arrested by the Labubu Team when he had just gotten out of the vehicle and was about to enter the house.
The team also found that BJ sent the package from a delivery service located not far from the house.BJ avoided it, but the officers showed him the conversation and transaction records on his cellphone.Only then did BJ admit that he had sent crystal methamphetamine 4 times.
“Initially the perpetrator did not admit his actions. However, after strong evidence was presented, BJ admitted that he had sent the illicit goods to Bandung City four times,” said Aiptu Ade.
From the results of the police investigation, it turned out that BJ had carried out the action 4 times before being caught.
The last piece of evidence to be sent was 5.05 grams of crystal methamphetamine.
To investigators, BJ admitted that he got the methamphetamine from a supplier with the initials G and was located in East Pontianak.Now the police are still investigating the network.
