Fugitive in the case of smuggling two tons of crystal methamphetamine, Dewi Astutik, was finally returned to Indonesia after being arrested in Sihanoukville, Cambodia.
Dewi, who is known by a number of aliases such as PAR, Ka Jinda, and Dinda, immediately received tight security from National Narcotics Agency (BNN) personnel when she set foot at Soekarno Hatta airport, Tangerang, Tuesday (2/12) evening.
Dewi was seen wearing a white T-shirt and was closely guarded by officers in full uniform since leaving the plane.

The officers immediately took him to the BNN vehicle for further processing.
Initially, Dewi’s arrest began with the results of intelligence analysis and reconnaissance by a joint BNN team with Cambodian authorities.
The target was detected in the lobby of a hotel in Sihanoukville.He was then arrested when he was about to get into a white Toyota Prius with a man.
The head of BNN, Komjen Suyudi Ario Seto, who directly supervised Dewi’s repatriation process, said that the arrest took place without resistance.
“We arrested Brother DA without resistance and was quite cooperative. The man who was with the target is currently still being investigated,” said Suyudi at Soekarno-Hatta Airport, Tuesday evening.
BNN previously named Dewi as the main actor in the smuggling of two tonnes of crystal methamphetamine worth IDR 5 trillion, which was revealed in May 2025. She is also part of the international network Golden Triangle and Golden Crescent, along with several other big names including Freddy Pratama.
According to Suyudi, Dewi’s arrest took a long time because she often moved countries to avoid being chased by the authorities.
“The difficulty is because the person concerned is part of an international network that often changes countries,” said Suyudi.
“With the cooperation of the Indonesian and Cambodian governments, we were finally able to find his position and make an arrest.”he added
BNN confirmed that upon arrival in Indonesia, Dewi would undergo an intensive examination in order to reopen the illicit narcotics trafficking channel that she had been controlling.
