Through uploads on Instagram, the 30-year-old athlete expressed his heart about the struggle to win the title.Going back and forth to the hospital for rehabilitation, recovering from injuries, and struggling with various problems made him have to work extra hard.
“This one means a lot to me. A year ago, I suffered a partial tear in my right wrist and had to rest for six weeks.”

“After rehabilitation, I slowly returned to the field, but just two weeks later, I suddenly lost my hearing during fitness training. I lost 90 percent of my hearing on my right side and my balance, and spent nine days in the hospital,” wrote Aldila on Instagram.
Aldila said that the time it took to get back into shape was not short.Even that doesn’t necessarily make his condition recover as before.
“It took three months before I could return as my balance slowly recovered. But my hearing only returned to around 40 percent and doctors said the nerve damage was likely permanent. There is no panacea, only hearing aids can help,” he said.
When he returned to action on the field, the athlete who was born in Jakarta, May 2 1995, was grateful to be able to be competitive again and even win a prestigious tournament.He still remembers the twists and turns that an athlete must go through to be able to stand on the highest podium.

“When I finally returned to the tournament, I realized how grateful I was to be able to play again and compete at the highest level. Winning this title reminded me that nothing can stop me from pursuing my dreams.”
“I believe that God’s plans are always the best. Every path, good or bad, has a purpose. Be grateful for the small things, and never take anything for granted,” said Aldila.
