opens his voice regarding the alleged attack by 15 citizens

Head of the TNI Information Center (Kapuspen) Major General (Mar) Freddy Ardianzah said that currently his party was collecting information regarding this incident.
“Regarding this information, currently the TNI is still collecting and verifying data in the field,” said Freddy when confirmed, Monday (15/12).

Freddy said that his party had still not received information regarding the chronology or number of victims in the incident.
“There is no comprehensive information regarding the chronology or number of victims. We will convey further developments once the data is complete and confirmed,” he said.
Previously, as many as 15 Chinese citizens were suspected of being involved in a commotion in the gold mining company area in Tumbang Titi District, Ketapang Regency, West Kalimantan (Kalbar), Sunday (14/12).Dozens of Chinese citizens are suspected of carrying out damage and attacks, including members of the TNI.
It was stated that at least five TNI members were attacked and two company vehicles were damaged by the foreigner group.
The perpetrators were also said to have been armed with sharp weapons (sajam) and airsoft guns for their actions.
PT SRM’s Chief Security Officer, Imran Kurniawan, said the incident started at 15.30 WIB when members of PT SRM’s civil security were carrying out guard duty.Unmanned or drone mode flight activity was seen around the PT SRM area by Chinese citizens.
Then, at 15.40 WIB, around 300 meters from the PT SRM door, members of the company’s security together with members of the TNI immediately met four foreigners who were flying drones.

Separately, Tumbang Titi Police Chief, Inspector Made Adyana confirmed the incident.However, he said that currently the situation was conducive.
“Until now the situation is conducive,” he said.
