Under Guardiola, Messi became an important player in the most successful era in Barcelona’s history, winning a total of 14 titles.
Messi said that although he had worked with many great coaches, Guardiola was still at the top of the rankings in his view.
“In terms of seeing things, preparing for the match and communicating with the players, he is very complete,” said Messi.
“He is the best, and we are lucky to have him at Barcelona,” Messi added.
Messi added that Guardiola was not only successful at Barcelona, but was also able to have a big influence on the clubs he managed afterwards.
“He went elsewhere and continued to win. Not just because of winning, but because of the way his team played.
