WH-Project Founder William Hartanto estimates that the stock index will enter the final phase of testing support at 8,600 today, with a chance of survival driven by stocks
new blue chips
conglomerates, energy issuers, as well as strengthening Astra group shares.
“Today has the potential to be the final phase of testing support at 8,600 on the JCI,” said William in his daily research.

With this sentiment, William projects that the JCI will move in a range
support
8,600 and
resistance
8,700 today.
He also recommended a number of stocks, namely BUMI, AYAM, PGAS and UNTR.
Meanwhile, Binaartha Sekuritas analyst Ivan Rosanova sees that the stock index is currently in a consolidation phase and has the opportunity to continue its upward trend towards level 8,703 as long as it does not weaken below the minor support of 8,598.
However, if this level is penetrated, selling pressure could push the JCI down to
support
next at 8,564.
“IHSG is consolidating to continue its upward trend towards 8,703, as long as it doesn’t fall below 8,598,” said Ivan in his daily research.
He also predicts that the JCI will move at level
support
8,564, 8,493, 8,361, and 8,255, and
resistance
8,703, 8,770, and 8,866 today.Ivan also recommended a number of stocks, namely AADI, ADRO, ANTM, BBCA and GOTO.
JCI closed at level 8,640 on Thursday (4/12) afternoon.The stock index strengthened 28.40 points or up 0.33 percent from previous trading.
Quoting RTI Infokom, investors made transactions amounting to IDR 21.18 trillion with the number of shares traded amounting to 51.31 billion shares.
At yesterday’s close, 358 stocks rose, 302 corrected, and 140 stagnated.
