said on Sunday (16/11) it had arrested a Kashmiri national accused of conspiring with the driver of the car that exploded in Delhi last week.
The incident which occurred on Tuesday (11/11) killed eight people and injured at least 20 others.

The National Investigation Agency (NIA) said it has arrested Amir Rashid Ali in Delhi.The NIA also said the car used in the attack was registered in his name.
The NIA accused Ali of conspiring with the suspected suicide bomber, identified as Umar Un Nabi, a resident of south Kashmir’s Pulwama district.
According to the NIA, Nabi came to Delhi to facilitate the purchase of a car which was used as a “vehicle-borne Improvised Explosive Device to trigger the blast.”
The NIA said it had seized another vehicle belonging to Nabi for inspection.So far, they have examined 73 witnesses, including victims injured in the explosion.
Last week, the Indian government said it was treating the car blast as a “terror incident” and vowed to bring the perpetrators to justice as quickly as possible.
The blast outside Delhi’s historic Red Fort was the first in the heavily fortified city since 2011.
