year on year
/yoy).This growth rate increased from August 2025 which was recorded at 21.62 percent.

“financing in September 2025 will grow 22.16 percent yoy with a nominal value of IDR 90.99 trillion,” he added at the RDK OJK press conference, Friday (7/11).

At the same time, the aggregate risk level of non-performing loans in the lending sector or 90-day default (TWP90) was at 2.82 percent as of September 2025, up from the previous month at 2.6 percent.
On the other hand, financing debt from finance companies was recorded to have grown 1.07 percent yoy as of September 2025 to IDR 507.14 trillion.This growth is slightly lower than August which recorded 1.26 percent with total financing of IDR 505.59 trillion.
“Supported by working capital financing which grew by 10.61 percent yoy,” said Agusman.
In terms of asset quality, the non-performing loan ratio (
non-performing financing
/NPF)
gross
down to 2.47 percent in September 2025 from the previous 2.51 percent.Net NPF also decreased to 0.84 percent from 0.85 percent in the previous month.
Meanwhile,
gearing ratio
finance companies were recorded at 2.17 times, still far below the maximum limit set, namely 10 times.
OJK also highlighted that there are still industry players who have not met the minimum equity requirements.Of the 145 finance companies, three have not met the minimum equity requirement of IDR 100 billion.
In the P2P sector
lending
8 out of 97 organizers were recorded as not having reached the minimum equity of IDR 12.5 billion.
