with the real name Adimas Firdaus, received widespread criticism for making insulting remarks towards Persib Bandung Viking supporters and the Sundanese community in a live broadcast (
live
) on social media.
Due to the alleged insult, the Viking Persib Club (VPC) reported him on charges of hate speech and insults to the West Java Regional Police.
The report was made by Viking’s attorney, Ferdy Rizki, to the Cyber Investigation Directorate of the West Java Regional Police on Thursday (11/12) evening.Ferdy said the report was made after receiving a direct mandate from the General Chairman of Viking, Tobias Ginanjar.

“Last night, thank God, we made a police report regarding the hate speech that went viral on social media. I was also given an assignment by Viking chairman Tobias Ginanjar to make a police report regarding this hate speech,” explained Ferdy, Friday (12/12) as quoted from

Responding to the report, the Head of Public Relations of the West Java Regional Police, Commissioner Pol Hendra Rochmawan, said that investigators had observed the account profile and the initial investigation.
“We have profiled the accounts of hate speech perpetrators against Vikings and West Java residents and have carried out an investigation. Acceptance of LP to complete the legal process strengthens the victim’s witnesses,” explained Hendra.
The police ensure that the legal process will proceed according to the applicable mechanisms.
Meanwhile, responding to this, the Deputy Governor of West Java, Erwan, reminded the public not to get carried away by emotions and hold grudges against certain groups or tribes.
Erwan personally admitted that he was disappointed and angry with Resbob’s behavior .
“As a Sundanese person, I feel very insulted and very angry. I hope the police will immediately arrest this person because this is SARA and can divide the nation,” said Erwan, writing to journalists, Friday (12/12).
“Don’t hold grudges against your tribe, because not all are the same. Focus on these individuals. I am sure the police will immediately arrest them and process the law so that there is a deterrent effect so that no one will insult any tribe: Sundanese, Javanese, Batak and others. We respect each other as fellow citizens of the Republic of Indonesia,” he added.

Separately, Adimas or Resbob uploaded a video clarifying and openly apologizing for his actions via social media Instagram.
