WH-Project Founder William Hartanto saw that the JCI’s mixed movements accompanied by profit-taking were considered normal after the index had reached an all-time high.
He assessed that this pressure occurred in line with the decline in foreign buying and sector rotation towards gold stocks which were strengthening again.

“gold prices are a positive sentiment for stocks such as HRTA and ARCI which recorded significant gains in yesterday’s trading,” said William in his daily research.
With this sentiment, William projects that the JCI will move in a range
support
8,354 and
resistance
8,400 today.He also recommended a number of stocks, namely BUMI, ASII, MAPI and BBRI.
Meanwhile, Binaartha Sekuritas analyst Ivan Rosanova estimates that the stock index still has the opportunity to continue strengthening if it is able to break through the level
resistance
at 8,486.
He believes the uptrend is still solid as long as the index does not fall below the level
support
8,318.
“If the JCI manages to penetrate 8,486, the rally could continue to the 8,595 to 8,703 area,” said Ivan in his daily research.
He also predicts that the JCI will move at level
support
8,255, 8,163, 8,061, and 7,986 and
resistance
8,486, 8,595, and 8,703 today.Ivan also recommended a number of shares, namely AADI, AMRT, BBCA, INCO, and PGEO.
JCI closed at level 8,391 on Monday (10/11) afternoon.The stock index weakened 3.35 points or minus 0.04 percent from previous trading.
Quoting RTI Infokom, investors made transactions amounting to IDR 20.81 trillion with the number of shares traded amounting to 44.66 billion shares.
At yesterday’s close, 371 shares rose, 282 corrected, and 157 remained stagnant.
