The Muslim man of Lebanese-Australian descent is named Ahmed Al Ahmed.The heroic action of the man who owned the fruit and vegetable shop was recorded on an eyewitness’ cell phone and spread on social media and went viral.

Moved by Ahmed’s heroic actions, Ackman then asked someone to create a donation page for the man.

Ackman then donated US$99,000 to the crowdfunding page.The donation has now been reported to have reached US$340,000 or around Rp. 5.6 trillion.
Sydney is in the world spotlight after the brutal shooting occurred during the Jewish Hanukkah celebration at Bondi Beach on Sunday.Two armed men suddenly opened fire at the crowd.
Later, authorities identified the two perpetrators as father and son, namely Sajid Akram and Naveed Akram.
One of the perpetrators was recorded in a video taken by residents.In the footage, a man in a white shirt can be seen sneaking around near the car.He then grabbed the gun and pointed it at the perpetrator.
They grabbed each other’s firearms.However, the man in white managed to snatch it.The perpetrator then ran away.It was later discovered that the man in white was Ahmed Al Ahmed.
As a result of this incident, 15 people died, including Sajid Akram, and dozens of people were injured.
Ahmed’s cousin described his actions as a hero because he risked his own life and saved many people.
“Maybe he could have sacrificed his life to save others,” he said.
Ahmed’s cousin also said his relative had two daughters aged five and six years.However, until now they have not met.
The shooting incident in Sydney drew international condemnation.However, Ahmed’s actions were met with praise from heads of state including United States President Donald Trump and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
