“Those who carry tumblers are advised to always look after their belongings so that they don’t feel like they have lost it, been swapped or exchanged. Loss is not the company’s responsibility,” appealed KAI.
A netizen named Anita Dewi admitted that she lost her tumbler on the KRL circuit.The incident started when he accidentally left his cooler bag in the train carriage.The bag was found by officers and secured at Rangkasbitung Station.
However, when it was about to be taken, Anita discovered that the previous tumbler was inside

The problem got worse when the station officer who was providing security reportedly lost his job because of the protest that Anita made via social media.

Not long after it went viral, Anita and her husband, Alvin Harris, apologized.In the apology, they admitted that they were not wise in their behavior, which had an impact on many people.
