Central Lampung Regent Ardito Wijaya
received a bribe of IDR 5.75 billion related to the Procurement of Goods and Services (PBJ).Ardito also allegedly received gratuities.
“The total flow of money received by AW [Ardito Wijaya] reached approximately IDR 5.75 billion,” said KPK Deputy for Enforcement and Execution, Mungki Hadipratikto, in a press conference at the Red and White Building, Jakarta, Thursday (11/12).
Ardito used the money for the regent’s operational funds amounting to IDR 500 million and repayment of bank loans used for campaign needs in 2024 amounting to IDR 5.25 billion.

In June 2025, Ardito as Regent of Central Lampung for the 2025-2030 period allegedly set a fee of 15-20 percent of a number of projects in the Central Lampung Regency Government.
The spending posture based on the 2025 Central Lampung Regency APBD reaches around IDR 3.19 trillion.Most of the budget is allocated for infrastructure development, public services and regional priority programs.
Previously, in February-March 2025, after being inaugurated as Regent of Central Lampung, Ardito ordered Riki Hendra Saputra as Member of the Central Lampung DPRD to arrange PBJ auction winners in a number of SKPDs through a direct appointment mechanism in the e-catalog.
“The partners or providers of goods and services that must be won are companies owned by the family or owned by AW’s winning team when AW is running for regent of Central Lampung for the 2025-2030 period,” said Mukti.
In carrying out the conditioning, Ardito asked Hendra to coordinate with the Acting Head of the Central Lampung Regional Revenue Agency (Bapenda) Anton Wibowo and the Secretary of Bapenda Iswantoro who then liaised with the SKPD to arrange the PBJ winners.
In the period February-November 2025, Ardito allegedly received

worth IDR 5.25 billion from a number of partners or providers of goods and services through Hendra and Ranu Hari Prasetyo as Ardito’s younger siblings.
Apart from that, in the medical equipment procurement project at the Central Lampung Health Service (Dinkes), Ardito asked Anton Wibowo, who is also a close relative, to determine the winner of the project procurement.
Anton then coordinated with parties at the Central Lampung Health Office to win PT Elkaka Mandiri (EM).
In the end, PT EM obtained three medical equipment procurement packages from the Health Office with a total project value of IDR 3.15 billion.
Due to this conditioning, Ardito allegedly accepted it

amounting to IDR 500 million from Mohamad Lukman Sjamsuri as Director of PT EM through intermediary Anton.
The KPK named five people as suspects in the case.They are Ardito Wijaya, Riki Hendra Saputra, Ranu Hari Prasetyo, Anton Wibowo, and Mohamad Lukman Sjamsuri.
“The KPK then detained the suspects for the first 20 days from December 10 to 29 2025,” said Mungki.
Suspects Riki Hendra Saputra and Mohamad Lukman Sjamsuri are being held at the KPK State Detention Center (Rutan) Red and White Building Branch.
Meanwhile, Ardito, Ranu Hari Prasetyo, and Anton Wibowo were arrested and detained at the KPK Detention Center Branch, Anti-Corruption Education Center Building.
Ardito, Anton, Riki Hendra, and Ranu Hari are suspected of violating Article 12 letter a or Article 12 letter b or Article 11 or Article 12 B of the Corruption Eradication Law (UU Tipikor) in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph (1) 1st of the Criminal Code.
Meanwhile, Mohamad Lukman Sjamsuri is suspected of violating Article 5 paragraph 1 letter a or letter b or Article 13 of the Corruption Law in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph (1) 1st of the Criminal Code.
“Simultaneously, the Corruption Eradication Committee, through its Coordination and Supervision (Korsup) function, is committed to continuing to provide assistance and supervision in efforts to prevent corruption in all Regional Governments, both districts/cities/provinces, including Central Lampung Regency,” said Mungki.
