At the KPK’s Red and White Building, Abdul Wahid was seen arriving together with the Head of the PUPR-PKPP Service, Muhammad Arief Setiawan and the Secretary of the PUPR-PKPP Service, Ferry Yunanda.
They were immediately subjected to intensive checks as soon as they arrived at the Dwiwarna building.
Based on the provisions of the Criminal Procedure Code (KUHAP), the Corruption Eradication Committee has 1 x 24 hours to determine the legal status of the parties caught red-handed.
A press conference is planned to be held this evening.
