Bambang, who is the President Commissioner of PT Dosni Roha Logistik, has been determined by the KPK as a suspect in the alleged corruption case of the distribution of rice social assistance for the Family Benefits (KPM) Family Hope Program (PKH) of the 2020 Fiscal Year.
“Pre -trial is the right of the suspect to test whether the determination of the suspect has fulfilled the legal provisions or not, the KPK through the Legal Bureau has certainly prepared everything to convince the pretrial judge that the determination of the suspect is in accordance with the applicable provisions,” KPK Deputy Chairman Fitroh Rohcahyanto told

The KPK’s Deputy for Enforcement has received information from the Legal Bureau and is in the coordination stage discussing the pretrial lawsuit in question.
Meanwhile, KPK Spokesman Budi Prasetyo ensured that the KPK Legal Bureau would attend a hearing on Monday, September 15, 2025.
“The KPK as the Respondent will be present at the hearing scheduled on Monday 15 September 2025, at the South Jakarta District Court,” Budi said when contacted via written message.
He ensured that all acts of investigation and investigation carried out by the KPK, including in the determination of suspects, were in accordance with the provisions of the applicable laws and regulations, both in the formal and material aspects.
“We believe in the objectivity and independence of judges in deciding this pretrial. We also believe in the commitment of law enforcement that supports efforts to eradicate corruption,” said Budi.
“Where law enforcement is certainly not only to give a deterrent effect to the perpetrators, but also must provide a sense of justice for the community, as well as an examination and public learning to prevent the actions of corruption from occurring again,” he concluded.
Bambang pretrial lawsuit is registered with case number: 102/Pid.Pra/2025/PN JKT.Sel.Bambang sued the KPK cq the leadership of the KPK.The inaugural hearing was held on Thursday, September 4.The next trial with the agenda of calling the Respondent (KPK) will be held on Monday, September 15, 2025.
In his petitum, Bambang asked the Sole Judge of the South Jakarta District Court to declare the KPK’s action which named himself as a suspect was an arbitrary act because it was not in accordance with procedures and contradicted the law.
Bambang wants the determination of the suspect by the KPK not to have a binding legal force.
“Ordered the Respondent to stop the investigation based on the Investigation Order Number: Sprin.dik/57/Dik.00/01/08/08/0825 dated August 5, 2025 who named Applicant B. Rudijanto Tanoesoedibjo as a suspect,” Bambang said in the lawsuit reported from the Case Information System (SIPP) Case Information System (SIPP) South Jakarta District Court (SIPP).
Bambang also asked the judge to declare invalid all decisions or stipulations issued further by the KPK.Furthermore, he wants his legal rights to be restored.
“Thus we submit this pretrial petition, for the sake of justice we ask for a fair decision (ex aequo et bono),” said Bambang.
In this case, the KPK set a total of three people and two corporations as suspects.The KPK has not revealed the identity of the suspects.
The KPK revealed that this case resulted in a state loss of more than Rp200 billion.
The KPK has been banned from traveling abroad to four people with the initials ES, BRT, KJT, and Her (HT).
The prohibition or preventing letter to abroad was issued since August 12, 2025, valid for the next six months.
Based on information gathered, the four people who were prevented from traveling abroad were Bambang, then the Expert Staff of the Minister of Social Affairs and Social Dynamics Edi Suharto (previously the Director General of Social Empowerment & the Director General of Social Rehabilitation of the Ministry of Social Affairs).
Furthermore, Director of PT Dosni Roha Logistik in 2018-2022 Kanisius Jerry Tengker and Operational Director of PT Dosni Roha Logistik in 2021-2024 Herry Tho.
The names had previously been called by KPK investigators to be examined.
This case is a development of the case that ensnared former Social Minister Juliari Peter Batubara and friends.
The KPK will submit complete construction details through a press conference conducted in conjunction with the detention of the suspect.
