Business Competition Supervisory Commission (
KPPU
) provides five related recommendations

KPPU Deputy Chair Aru Armando said the recommendation had been submitted to President Prabowo Subianto last August.
“We hope that those who enjoy it will be able to run businesses with the government’s strategic program, especially MBG, not just certain business actors, including small business actors,” he said at a media gathering at ABETO-Menteng, Jakarta, Wednesday (3/12).

Recommendation

is that the selection of foundation partners is carried out transparently with field verification involving stakeholders.

, verification ensures that the foundation has partnered with micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs), Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes), and cooperatives.

, prioritize MSMEs, BUMDes and cooperatives as suppliers of raw materials.

Prevent the practice of conspiracy in the procurement of nutrition service unit (SPPG) facilities and eating equipment.

, requires technical ministry assistance and preparation and supervision of partnership agreements.
“We can consider MBG to be a good program, but it ensures that in its execution the governance of this program is good. This means that the program, which absorbs hundreds of trillions of budget, has economic benefits that can be enjoyed by many business actors,” he said.
Previously, the Head of the National Nutrition Agency (BGN) Dadan Hindayana stated that the government needed around 30 thousand partners to fulfill the food supply for the MBG program.Dadan hopes that the number of partners will continue to grow, so that the supply of nutritious food can continue to be sufficient, especially for people in need.
Meanwhile, Deputy Head of BGN Nanik Sudaryati Deyang emphasized the importance of cooperation between all parties involved in managing the kitchen of the Nutrition Fulfillment Service Unit (SPPG).Good collaboration is needed so that MBG can be held correctly, successfully and safely.
This confirmation was conveyed after reports that SPPG had stopped operations due to disputes between partners, the Head of SPPG, nutritionists and accountants.This condition caused several officers to choose to resign so that kitchen operations could not continue.
