was again absent from the divorce process which was held at the South Jakarta Religious Court on Monday (7/11).The mediation session had an agenda of calling the plaintiff and defendant.
In this process, Raisa was represented by her attorney, Putra Lubis.Meanwhile, Hamish Daud was completely absent and was not represented by legal counsel.

Putra Lubis revealed that the absence of representatives from Hamish Daud as the defendant meant that the panel of judges would later have the authority to hand down a formal divorce decision.
“If the defendant doesn’t show up, that means he won’t show up until the next trial, and he won’t show up until the evidentiary event, which means the decision will be final,” said Putra Lubis as reported.

Verstek divorce is a divorce decision issued by the Religious Court when the Defendant never comes to answer the court summons even though he has been properly summoned, while the Plaintiff is present.

Especially, after the Defendant never appeared and did not send his legal representative to the trial until the case was decided by the court;and not because of a legitimate cause or obstacle.
On that occasion, Putra Lubis stated that Raisa’s party would remain cooperative and follow the directions of the panel of judges.
The legal team stated that they would make every effort to fulfill every recommendation from the court in order to run the trial process smoothly.
Raisa’s absence during the divorce process on November 17 was because the singer was said to have other priorities so he only sent a lawyer.
“If the plaintiff did have an activity, then there were certain matters which caused the person concerned to be unable to attend,” said Putra Lubis.
Raisa’s divorce process from Hamish Daud will continue on the next schedule with the agenda of summoning the parties to appear at the trial and being given two weeks from this process.
Raisa officially filed for divorce from Hamish Daud on October 22 2025, after they had been married for eight years or since September 2017.
