Bayu also hopes that this issue can be brought to the attention of the DPR and President Prabowo Subianto.
“At the same time asking for direct intervention from the President of the Republic of Indonesia considering that losses have reached more than IDR 800 billion and are increasing every day,” he said.
Based on the latest data as of November 9 2025 which has been compiled by the DSI Lender Association, the total funds held reached IDR 815,208,277,107 from 2,593 lenders or
lenders
.This figure is expected to continue to increase.
It is known that the Paguyuban is demanding DSI to provide a solution and return all the funds that are being held no later than November 11 2025.
“INDONESIAN SYARIAH FUNDS You have until November 11 to submit a concrete settlement plan and return every rupiah you TAKE!”wrote the DSI Lender Association in an Instagram post @dsi.lender.
The Paguyuban also reported that their money had been confiscated under the official supervision label from the OJK and the Sharia Supervisory Board.
“Rp. 800 billion! The sweat of the little people you stole with the label ‘SUPERVISED BY OJK AND SHARIA SUPERVISORY BOARD,” wrote the DSI Lender Association in the same upload.
Meanwhile, OJK has also imposed Business Activity Restrictions (PKU) sanctions on PT DSI starting October 15 2025.
The imposition of sanctions is a form of OJK’s strict supervision of PT DSI so that the company focuses on completing its obligations to or
lenders
.
Then, the supervisory agency facilitated a meeting between the PT DSI organizing committee and the members

at the OJK Office in Jakarta on Tuesday (28/10).
Quoting from a press release on the OJK website, the meeting was a follow-up to a number of public complaints submitted to the OJK consumer complaint channel regarding delays in refunds and payment of returns from DSI.
