A leopard
successfully arrested at the Anugerah Hotel, Jalan Padasaluyu, Sukasari District,
Bandung
, West Java, Monday (6/10).
The evacuation process of protected wildlife took place dramatically and took about three hours.
Sukasari Police Chief, AKP N Ni Wayan Mirasni, revealed that the evacuation was carried out carefully by the joint team of the police, officers of the West Java Natural Resources Conservation Center (BBKSDA), and the hotel.

“The leopard managed to enter the Jebak (Trap) cage around 09.50 WIB after a fairly long stretching process. Alhamdulillah, there were no fatalities or injuries in this incident,” Mirasni said at the location.
The leopard was immediately examined by his health team before the animal team before being taken to the West Java BBKSDA office to get further treatment and observation.
A leopard shocked residents after being found at Anugerah Hotel, Bandung City, Morning.The wild animal was seen in front of one of the rooms on the second floor of the hotel around 07.00 WIB.
The joint officer immediately came to the location to secure the area and make a anesthesia for the leopard.
The anesthesia process is carried out carefully because the animal’s position is in a narrow area and is close to the hotel guest room.
The animal is thought to be a leopard that runs away from Lembang Park & Zoo a month ago.The zoo with BKSDA is still identifying to ensure the origin of the animal.
