) DKI Jakarta recorded a total of 22 deaths and 54 survivors in the incident

“The total number of employees/victims is 76 people, 54 survived, 22 died,” said the Chief Executive of BPBD DKI Jakarta, Isnawa Adji, in his statement, Tuesday (9/12).
Isnawa said that survivors received immediate treatment at the scene of the incident by the DKI Jakarta Health Service and PMI.

Meanwhile, the 22 victims who died consisted of seven men and 15 women.The bodies of the victims have been taken to the Kramatjati Police Hospital for further examination.
“The total number of victims who died was 15 women and seven men, a total of 22 victims,” said Isnawa.

A fire broke out at the Terra Drone Building located in Cempaka Baru, Kemayoran, Central Jakarta (Jakpus) on Tuesday (9/12) afternoon.The fire is thought to have started from a battery on the 1st floor of the building.
“At around 12.30 there was a battery on the 1st floor, that was the one that caught fire. Then it was extinguished by employees, then it turned out that the burning battery spread because on the 1st floor this is one of the warehouses,” said Central Jakarta Metro Police Chief Commissioner Susatyo Purnomo Condro to reporters.
At the time of the incident, employees were on their lunch break.Some employees were said to be outside, while others went up to floors two to six to rest.
“Then when it caught fire, the fire got bigger, then the smoke rose to the sixth floor,” said Susatyo.
