.The following is a list of 5 ASEAN countries that have qualified for the 2026 U-17 Asian Cup.
The 2026 U-17 Asian Cup will take place in Saudi Arabia on 7-24 May 2026.The 2026 U-17 Asian Cup is also a qualifier for the 2026 U-17 World Cup.
The 2026 U-17 Asian Cup participants, namely 16 teams, are now fully occupied, five of which come from ASEAN.

The five AFF representatives who successfully qualified for the 2026 U-17 Asian Cup are Indonesia, Vietnam, Australia, Thailand and Myanmar.
The Indonesian U-17 national team has confirmed that it will qualify directly for the 2026 U-17 Asian Cup after successfully reaching the quarter-finals of the 2025 U-17 Asian Cup and also qualifying for the 2025 U-17 World Cup.
Meanwhile, Vietnam managed to advance to the final round of the 2026 U-17 Asian Cup by winning Group C with a perfect 15 points after crushing Malaysia 4-0 in the deciding match.This victory also meant that Malaysia failed to qualify for the 2026 U-17 Asian Cup.
Vietnam U-17 national team coach Cristiano Roland said the success in qualifying for the 2026 U-17 Asian Cup shows that his team is strong.
“We deserve what we achieved. We showed that this is a strong team. As I said from the start, Vietnam U-17 always targets one game after another,” said Roland, quoted by Bao Thanh Nien.
Roland admitted that he was happy with the performance of Nguyen Huynh Dang Khoa and his friends throughout the qualifications, who were considered able to carry out instructions well.
“My job is to show the players the way and they do it very well. The Vietnam U-17 players are really great, through what they have done,” said Roland.
“Vietnam U-17 achieved extraordinary results, proving that we are a strong team. I thank all the fans who came to the stadium. I want the best for Vietnam, for Vietnamese football. Honestly, I am here for love, for the development of Vietnamese football,” added Roland.
Meanwhile, Australia qualified as winners of Group E with a score of 10 points from three wins and one draw from the four matches played.
Then Thailand qualified as winners of Group F with a score of nine points after winning three wins and one loss.Then Myanmar qualified for the U-17 Asian Cup as winners of Group G with a score of 10 points from three wins and one draw without defeat.
