Perbangunan Association of Indonesian Educational Institutions (Haluan Malaysia) sent a volunteer relief team to Aceh, Indonesia with a focus on distributing basic food and medicine.
The aid team led by the Vice President of the Haluan Malaysia Welfare and Humanity Cluster, Baharudin Suri, will depart from Penang International Airport (LTAPP) on Monday (8/12).
“We have one truck and two cars transporting essential goods worth around RM10,000 to be distributed to flood victims,” Head of Haluan Malaysia Welfare Bureau, Abdul Halim, was quoted as saying

China also sent a volunteer aid team of five people to help search for bodies in the mud using body tracking tools.
