Information about engineering and traffic diversion around the Monas area was also uploaded to the Instagram account @tmcpoldametro.
In the upload, it was stated that traffic diversion was carried out situationally and was planned to start at 17.00 WIB until the activity was completed.

The following is a list of road sections affected by traffic diversions:
1. Jalan Medan Merdeka Barat
2. Jalan Medan Merdeka Selatan
3. Jalan Medan Merdeka Timur
4. Jalan Medan Merdeka Utara
5. Jalan Veteran I, II and III
6. Jalan Majapahit east side
7. Officer Street
8. Jalan Budi Kemuliaan (direction of the Horse Statue)
9. Jalan MH Thamrin (horse statue intersection to Kebon Sirih intersection)
10. Jalan Merdeka Selatan (from the direction of the Tani Monument/US Embassy)
Previously, Traffic Director of Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Komarudin also appealed to the public to avoid the roads around Monas during the 212 Reunion activities. Remembering that the activity was held during work hours, it was predicted that there would be traffic jams.
“Therefore, we appeal to the people of Jakarta or those carrying out activities in Jakarta to avoid this road section,” he said, Monday (1/12).
“Meanwhile, for diversion, we will again do it situationally. If it is predicted that there will still be quite large mass movements or mobilization, we will make the diversion earlier,” he continued.
The 212 reunion will be held again at Silang Monas, Central Jakarta, on Tuesday (2/12) with the theme “Moral Revolution to Save the Republic of Indonesia from Criminals and Free Palestine from Colonizers”.
Chairman of the Steering Committee (SC) Ahmad Shobri Lubis said the main aim of the event was to strengthen the unity of the Ummah, which became the basis for the 212 Islamic Defense Action in 2016.
Different from previous years which started with qiyamullail (evening prayers) until dawn prayers in congregation, this year’s series of activities will begin with Maghrib prayers in congregation, then continued with dhikr, joint prayers and tausiyah for the ulama.
The committee also openly invited President Prabowo Subianto along with a number of ministers and related officials.Apart from that, Habib Rizieq Shihab is also scheduled to attend the event.
