Logs were carried away by the current and surrounded residents’ houses in Geudumbak Village, Tanggaan District,
North Aceh
after the floods that hit the area.
Based on photos from Antara News on Friday (5/12), the logs were piled up along the Arakundo Watershed (DAS).
Not only in North Aceh, based on a report by hitclubapk3Indonesia TV, access to a number of villages in Aceh Tamiang Regency is also blocked by piles of wood due to recent floods.

Piles of wood filled the Darul Mukhlisin Islamic Boarding School area on Saturday (6/12).The pile of wood hampered access to Tanjung Karang Village, adding to the thick mud carried by the flood.
As a result, it is difficult for aid to enter the area and requires residents to walk dozens of kilometers to get aid.
The flood and landslide disasters that hit Aceh, North Sumatra and West Sumatra caused nearly a thousand fatalities.
The National Disaster Management Agency (BNPB) reported that the number of victims who died due to the flood-landslide disaster in Aceh, North Sumatra and West Sumatra increased on Sunday (7/12).
Based on data on the official website, the number of victims who died as a result of the disaster was 916 people, an increase of 2 people from data on Saturday (6/12) afternoon.Meanwhile, the number of missing people is 274 people.
BNPB also reported that as many as 4,200 people were injured as a result of the disaster.Then there were 1,300 public facilities damaged, 199 health facilities damaged and 697 educational facilities damaged.
Apart from that, BNPB reported that 420 places of worship were damaged, 234 buildings or offices were damaged and 405 bridges were damaged.
