(MA) rejected the defendant’s appeal
Mario Dandy Satriyo
as the former son of Directorate General of Taxes official Rafael Alun Trisambodo in a child molestation case.Mario Dandy is currently serving a sentence related to a case of serious abuse.
“Decision: T (Defendant): reject,” as reported on the Supreme Court Registrar’s website, Monday (24/11).
Case number: 10825 K/PID.SUS/2025 was examined and tried by Dwiarso Budi Santiarto with judges Yanto and Achmad Setyo Pudjoharsoyo.Substitute Registrar Adiaty Rovita.The verdict was read out on Thursday, November 13 2025.

“Status: The case has been decided, it is in the process of being considered by the Assembly,” was still reported on the Supreme Court Registrar’s website.
Previously, on June 12 2025, the South Jakarta District Court (PN) sentenced Mario Dandy to 2 years in prison because he was proven to have persuaded a child to have continuous sexual intercourse.
Mario Dandy was also fined Rp. 1 billion, subsidiary to 2 months in prison.
Not accepting it, Mario Dandy filed an appeal with a disguised decision.In the process, Mario Dandy and the Public Prosecutor (JPU) submitted an appeal to the Supreme Court.
Meanwhile, Mario Dandy is serving 12 years in prison for the serious abuse case of Cristalino David Ozora.The cassation decision number: 101/K/Pid/2024 was tried by the chairman of the panel, Burhan Dahlan, with judges from Sutarjo and Tama Ulinta, Br Tarigan.Registrar replacing Bayuardi.The verdict was issued on Wednesday, February 21, 2024.
The 12 year prison sentence was the same as the public prosecutor’s demand.
