This result created new history for the U-17 Indonesian National Team which won its first victory at the U-17 World Cup.

“The Indonesian U-17 squad made history when they won their first win in the final match of Group H of the 2025 U-17 World Cup after beating Honduras 2-1 in Doha, Qatar, early this morning,” wrote Harian Metro in its news lead.

Honduras striker Luis Suazo managed to score from the penalty spot to make the score 1-1.
