U-23 Fousseni Diawara praised Indonesia ahead of the opponent’s trial
U-23 Indonesian National Team

When Indonesia played Guinea U-23 in the 2024 Olympic playoffs, Fousseni was the team’s assistant coach.Fousseni is the assistant coach for Guinea U-23, Kaba Diawara.
“I don’t need to do any research because I know this team. I once faced them against the Guinean national team. That was for the 2024 Olympic qualifiers in Paris. We won 1-0, so that’s a good memory for me,” said Diawara in a press conference, Friday (14/11).
“I also had the opportunity to watch them at the Asian Cup in Qatar. I watched them a few times, so this is the football I studied.”
Apart from monitoring Garuda Muda, Diawara also observes Indonesian football.Including the Indonesian League, which has many foreign players from Mali.
“I would like to add that Indonesian football has developed rapidly. There are also Malian players who have developed rapidly in the championship here.”
“They are players I follow. I really like the atmosphere here, with a packed stadium. There is also passion. There is a lot of enthusiasm in the stands. That is what immediately made an impression on me,” said Fousseni.
