still completing the case file for alleged embezzlement of investment funds committed by the Director of PT Melani Citra Permata (Mecimapro), Fransiska Dwi Melani.
It is known that Melani’s case file was declared incomplete or P18 by the public prosecutor (JPU), so investigators are currently completing the prosecutor’s instructions and will immediately hand over the P19 file again.
“Currently we have completed all instructions (P19) from the Prosecutor’s Office and will go to the Prosecutor’s Office to hand over the case files,” said Head of Public Relations of Polda Metro Jaya, Kombes Budi Hermanto when confirmed, Tuesday (4/11).

Budi said that his party is targeting Melani’s case file to be declared complete or P21 by the prosecutor’s office on Friday (7/11).
Budi said, if the case files were not declared complete, Melani’s detention would be suspended.Because Melani’s detention cannot be extended.
For information, Melani has been detained from 9 to 28 September 2025 and extended from 29 September to 7 November 2025.
“If by Friday the case files have not been declared complete (P-21) by the Prosecutor’s Office, then the suspect will be suspended (not detained) with the obligation to report every Monday and Thursday,” said Budi.
Previously, the police named the Director of PT Mecimapro, Fransiska Dwi Melani as a suspect in the case of alleged embezzlement of funds from investors at the concert of the Korean girl group, TWICE, which was held in Jakarta in December 2023.
Head of Public Relations Sub-Division of Polda Metro Jaya AKBP Reonald said this incident started when the Director of PT MIB collaborated to finance the holding of the TWICE concert with Mecimapro on October 17 2023.
“The profit offered by the reported party was 23 percent because the victim was interested and handed over IDR 10 billion. However, until it was reported, what was promised and the capital had not been given,” he told reporters, Friday (31/10).
