Nusron explained that the object of the dispute was a conflict between PT Gowa Makassar Tourism Development (GMTD) and certain parties.
In the midst of the conflict, continued Nusron, suddenly the execution was carried out and it had not gone through the conditioning process so it required re-measurement.

“There was a court execution, a conflict between GMTD and other people, it was suddenly executed and the execution process had not yet gone through the constating process,” said Nusron when met by journalists after the 2025 National Agrarian and Spatial Planning Day Workshop at the Sheraton Gandaria Hotel, South Jakarta, Thursday (6/11).
Furthermore, Nusron said that his party had sent a letter to the Makassar City District Court to question the execution process.
“We have sent a letter to the District Court in Makassar City, essentially questioning the execution process because there has been no countering,” he said.
He emphasized that there were two problems with this conflict, namely the PTUN lawsuit from Mulyono and the HGB certificate in the name of PT Hadji Kalla.

Previously, JK was angry when he directly inspected his 16.4 hectare land on Jalan Metro Tanjung, Tamalate District, Makassar, South Sulawesi (Sulsel), which is now the object of a dispute and is thought to have been taken over.
JK claims legal ownership of the land and accuses of robbery attempts and land mafia games involving other parties.
“I want to see, I have land. That’s the conclusion,” said JK to journalists at the location, Wednesday (5/11).
JK looked angry and emphasized that he had strong legal evidence and that the land was purchased directly from the heirs of the king of Gowa around 35 years ago.
“I already have the certificate, bought and sold it 35 years ago, I bought it myself,” said the former Golkar General Chair.
JK denied having any legal relationship with PT GMTD regarding this dispute.According to him, the party being sued by GMTD is a figure whose capacity he doubts.
“Because what is the name of the person being sued? Majo ‘Balang? That’s a fish seller, right? How come a fish seller owns this much land? So it’s a lie, fabrication, all kinds of things,” he said.
