Borussia Monchengladbach confirmed injury

Not severe when facing Atlas Delmenhorst in the DFB Pokal match, Sunday (8/17).
In the first round match DFB Pokal, Kevin Diks became a starter.However, at the end of the first half, the Indonesian national team defender suffered an injury and was replaced by Fabio Chiarodia.

Even so, the Sports Director of Monchengladbach Roland Virkus said the injury suffered by Kevin Diks was not severe.
“He was examined again in the dressing room, and his condition was not too severe. We hope he can return to training and play this weekend,” Virkus said.
Coach Gladbach Gerardo Seooe also opened his voice about replacing Kevin Diks with Fabio Chiarodia at the end of the first half.
“He always felt cramps after just a few steps, so we decided not to take risks during the first half,” said Seoane.
Against Atlas Delmenhorst became a historic moment for Kevin Diks because it was an official debut match with Die Borussen.The match made Diks the first Indonesian player to appear for the Bundesliga club.
Monchengladbach itself won 3-2 over Atlas Delmenhorst.Gladbach goals scored by Robin Hack (20 ‘, 38’) and Nico Elvedi (68 ‘), while Atlas’s goal came from Steffen Rohwedder (32’) and Linus Urban (40 ‘).
