The 57th Pati mutation consists of 35 high-ranking TNI Army officers, 10 high-ranking TNI Navy officers, and 12 high-ranking TNI Air Force officers, covering a number of strategic positions in each dimension as part of efforts to strengthen the command structure and increase the operational power of the TNI.
In the ranks of the TNI AD, the position of Pangdam VI/Mulawarman is now held by Maj. Gen. Krido Pramono, while Maj. Gen. Hendy Antariksa is trusted as Pangdam I/Bukit Barisan.
Then there was a transfer within the Indonesian Navy, the position of Askomlek Kasal is now held by Admiral TNI Yudi Cahyadi, and the position of Chief of Staff of the Joint Defense Area Command I was entrusted to Admiral TNI Amrin Rosihan.
At the Indonesian Air Force level, Colonel Kes (W) Theresia Soepi was appointed as Head of the Indonesian Air Force Psychology Service, and Colonel Tech Arif Djoko Nugroho served as Kapoksahli Koharmatau.
Head of the TNI Information Center (Kapuspen) Maj. Gen. TNI (Mar) Freddy Ardianzah explained that this position rotation is part of a planned and continuous career development system.
According to him, this step is not limited to structural adjustments, but is also a strategy for developing the organization so that it remains fresh and adaptive in facing dynamic developments in the task environment.
“This position rotation is not just an administrative process, but rather a real form of career development that is oriented towards increasing professionalism and unit readiness,” said the Head of the TNI Penuspen at TNI Headquarters, Cilangkap, Thursday (6/11).
“With leadership regeneration, the TNI ensures that each line has a leader who is strong, responsive and able to answer the challenges of the times,” he added.
