Corruption Crime Court (
Corruption
) at the Central Jakarta District Court has registered the alleged case
corruption
procurement of Chromebook laptops Ministry of Education and Culture (

) 2019-2022.
In this case there are four defendants who have been transferred to the Jakarta Corruption Court.They are former Minister of Education and Culture Nadiem Makarim, Ibrahim Arief, Sri Wahyuningsih, and Mulyatsyah.
Each received a registration number 147/Pid.Sus-TPK/2025/PN.JKT.PST for Nadiem Anwar Makarim, 148 Pid.Sus-TPK/2025/PN.JKT.PST for Ibrahim Arief

Then 149 Pid.Sus-TPK/2025/PN.JKT.PST for Sri Wahyuningsih, and 150 Pid.Sus-TPK/2025/PN.JKT.PST for Mulyatsyah
“The panel of judges is the chairman of the panel, Purwanto S Abdullah, with members Sunoto, Ni Kadek Susantiani, Mardiantos and Andi Saputra,” said Central Jakarta District Court spokesman, M Firman Akbar, Tuesday (9/12).
Meanwhile, Nadiem Makarim’s attorney, Ari Yusuf Amir, hopes that the judge appointed to try the alleged corruption case in the procurement of Chromebook laptops at the Ministry of Education and Culture in 2019-2022 will have the courage to speak out for justice.

Ari believes that many judges in Indonesia still have credibility, integrity and courage.He also hopes that a judge who has these values will be chosen to try this corruption case.
“So that it is clearer and the public can see it and can judge for themselves later,” he said.
Furthermore, Ari hopes that the judge who hears Nadiem’s case will be a judge who can handle the case well.
“Judges are professional. Judges who have a good track record,” he said.
The public prosecutor (JPU) of the Indonesian Attorney General’s Office has handed over the files and indictment letter to Nadiem Makarim and three other suspects, namely Ibrahim Arief;Sri Wahyuningsih, and Mulyatsyah, to the Corruption Court at the Central Jakarta District Court, Monday (8/12).
