did not attend the trial of his civil lawsuit against Reza Gladys worth IDR 244 billion, which was held at the South Jakarta District Court on Tuesday (4/11).
The trial held today had the agenda of the first stage of mediation and was attended by representatives of Nikita Mirzani as the plaintiff and representatives of Reza Gladys as the defendant.However, the two principals were not present.

reported that the mediation trial for Nikita Mirzani’s lawsuit against Reza Gladys will be held again on November 11 2025 at 13.00 WIB.
According to Nikita’s attorney, Marulitua Sianturi, today’s first mediation was limited to discussing the governance and mechanisms of the mediation process.Meanwhile, mediation next week will consist of submitting a peace offer proposal from the plaintiff.
Marulitua said that his party had actually tried to bring in Nikita Mirzani, who is currently detained as a result of a criminal case of extortion against Reza Gladys.However, their application was hampered by administration.
“Most likely Nikita will be present at the next mediation,” said Maruli.
To the media crew, Maruli was reluctant to answer the alleged request for the return of IDR 4 billion from Reza Gladys.Apart from that, Reza Gladys is said to be responding to Nikita Mirzani’s lawsuit with the same thing, alleging unlawful acts worth IDR 4 billion.
According to Maruli, his party has not received the lawsuit so they are reluctant to answer it.But what is certain, said Maruli, is that the civil lawsuit filed by Nikita Mirzani against Reza Gladys was not a joke as Reza had accused.
“When we build the legal construction in lawsuit number 1000/Pdt.G/2025, of course it is not haphazard. Because, in law there is a principle of the burden of the probandi who sues, he must prove it. We are ready to prove the arguments for our lawsuit,” said Maruli.
Nikita Mirzani previously filed a civil lawsuit against Reza Gladys worth IDR 244 billion for alleged unlawful acts related to cooperation in promoting beauty products which Reza Gladys said was canceled unilaterally.
“At the beginning of this act there was an agreement. The agreement was verbal and electronic. This was an agreement, but suddenly it was cancelled,” said Marulitua on October 8 2025, as reported

The attorney for Reza Gladys and her husband Attaubah Mufid, Julianus P. Sembiring, questioned the reasons for Nikita Mirzani’s lawsuit.
“I’m still confused, where did our client go wrong to say he committed an unlawful act, even though he has already made a legal act as per article 108 of the Criminal Procedure Code,” said Julianus.
“The plaintiff should first go to the Constitutional Court regarding article 108, then file a lawsuit,” he continued as reported
