Writer and creator of Later We’ll Tell About Today (NKCTHI),

, released his seventh book entitled Sorry I Was Born on Earth (MALKB).

“This book is a space for celebrating guilt, the habit of making excuses, words of agreement that are contrary to the heart, feelings that are kept in order to prioritize other feelings,” said Marchella FP in his statement.
“Maybe we’ve all imagined what it would be like to have the courage to say no.”
The creation of MALKB was carried out with a unique approach, namely opening up space for other points of view.Marchella invited five collaborators to write fragments containing their personal points of view and experiences regarding the issue

The five collaborators include top figures such as Ariel NOAH, Sal Priadi, and Reza Chandika, along with Michael Sofyan, Mechio DAC, and Marcel Lukman.
“The goal is to show that everyone has it
soft spots
and can write.”I help trigger friends to write about their unseen side,” explained Marchella.
Apart from them, Marchella also collaborated with illustrator Rezza Rainaldy.Rezza is said to enrich each page through visuals that are sensitive, emotional, and in line with Marchella’s main message.
Through Sorry I Was Born on This Earth, Marchella also invites fans of NKCTHI, which was first released in 2018, to dive back into the work of the 35-year-old writer.

Especially now, NKCTHI fans have entered a different phase of life like when the book was released seven years ago.
“MALKB is present in line with the development of readers. This is an invitation to stop for a moment, breathe, and embrace yourself as you are,” said Marchella.
Even though it will only be officially released in bookstores on December 24 2025, Sorry I Was Born on Earth is said to have already been ordered for 200 copies in just one hour since pre-orders opened.
