This unfortunate incident occurred on Tuesday, November 4 2025 at around 10.40 WIB.When the disaster occurred, the house was empty.Khamozaro is said to have suffered a loss of IDR 150 million.
Yasardin did not dare to speculate whether the fire was related to the alleged corruption case on a road project in North Sumatra which was being investigated by Khamozaro or not.He handed over the investigation process to the police.
“If it is true that this fire is related to the case he is completing, this is a terror against our colleagues because they are carrying out their duties and obligations as judges and this will hinder law enforcement in Indonesia,” said Yasardin.
“Because terror against judges has happened everywhere, and this is a common concern for us. If it is not resolved as well as possible, it will hamper law enforcement in Indonesia,” he continued.
Before the fire occurred, Yasardin revealed that Khamozaro often received calls from unknown people.
“Frequently and more than 10 times, it was repeated, and the person didn’t want to talk. So, he answered his cell phone, but didn’t want to talk,” he said.
“He answered, but the person who called didn’t want to talk,” he continued.
Due to this incident, IKAHI provided assistance worth IDR 30 million.Meanwhile, the Chairman of the Medan High Court (PT) provided assistance of IDR 10 million.
