Nova admitted that the Indonesia vs Brazil match in the U-17 World Cup was one of the biggest matches his players would face.Therefore, on this occasion, Nova hopes that the players will show high motivation and determination, rather than being shy and giving too much respect to their opponents.
“For sure, I feel the players consider tomorrow’s match to be quite a big match for us. Once again, I am grateful that the players can experience playing and facing Brazil.”

“We know that, individually and in team condition, Brazil is very good. But I ask the players not to give too much respect to Brazil,” said Nova as quoted by Antara.
In Nova’s view, when the match starts, the two competing teams both have a chance to win.Because of this, the Indonesian U-17 National Team players must also fight hard and not feel afraid before competing.
“As I said in the previous match, we never know what will happen tomorrow. So I ask all players to have high determination, high self-confidence, and not to be afraid.”

The Indonesian U-17 national team lost to Zambia in the first match with a score of 1-3.Meanwhile, in other matches, Brazil started their journey in the U-17 World Cup with a 7-0 win over Honduras.
