Even so, this acquisition was higher than the report by the private Cinepoint audience data checking page on Sunday (30/11) morning, that as of Saturday (29/11) evening the film had reached 1,138,162 viewers.
With the official announcement of 1.2 million viewers, Agak Laen 2 confirmed itself as the fastest Indonesian film to reach 1 million viewers, surpassing the achievement of Badarawuhi Di Desa Penari in 2024 which was able to get 1,031,707 viewers in three days.
Rather Laen 2 also reached 1 million viewers faster than the previous film in 2024 which reached in four days, Sugar Factory (2025) which reached one million viewers in four days, and Jumbo (2025) in seven days of broadcast.
The acquisition of Agak Laen 2 is considered historic because it has once again managed to reach audiences outside of the holidays and the end of the year which have been the golden time for Indonesian film releases.
The film Rather Laen (2024) previously also succeeded in gaining audiences quickly when it was released on February 1 2024, which is not a long national holiday.
Rather Laen: Lit My Pantiku previously opened impressively with its first day’s tally, namely 272,846 viewers, when it was announced on November 28 2025. This figure surpassed the first saga’s tally which recorded 181,689 viewers in February 2024.
This achievement is considered a very good start for a sequel to a film with a successful history, which also breaks the curse of sequels that often occurs in various saga films.

Rather Laen: Light Up My Panty!tells a new adventure for the comic quartet, Boris Bokir, Bene Dion, Indra Jegel, Oki Rengga, who this time work as detectives who always fail.
They get one last chance to prove themselves by going on an undercover mission at a mysterious nursing home.
Their mission is to hunt down a murder fugitive who is hiding among the elderly.The disguise of Bene, Boris, Jegel, and Oki in the orphanage triggers various chaos and absurd sitcoms.
Rather Laen: Nyala Pantiku also stars Ariyo Wahab, Priska Baru Segu, Boah Sartika, Chew Kin Wah, Jajang C. Noer, Jarwo Kwat, Egi Fedly, and Tissa Biani.
