He said the object of the dispute was a conflict between PT Gowa Makassar Tourism Development (GMTD) and certain parties.However, suddenly the court carried out the execution.

Because of this, the ATR/BPN Ministry sent a letter to the Makassar City District Court.They questioned the execution process without countering.
“Remember, there are still two problems on the land. First, there is a PTUN lawsuit from Mulyono’s brother. Number two, on the land there is an HGB land certificate in the name of PT Hadji Kalla,” he said.
“So there are three parties, why are they suddenly executed immediately?”Nusron said.
Previously, JK was angry when he directly inspected his 16.4 hectare land on Jalan Metro Tanjung, Tamalate District, Makassar, South Sulawesi (Sulsel), which is now the object of a dispute and is thought to have been taken over.
JK claims legal ownership of the land and accuses of robbery attempts and land mafia games involving other parties.
“I want to see, I have land. That’s the conclusion,” said JK to journalists at the location, Wednesday (5/11).
