“That is completely inconsistent with the jury’s decision. The judge acts as the 13th jury,” said lawyer Alexandra Shapiro, who will lead P Diddy’s appeal.
“The sentence was driven by actions rejected by the jury. The jury freed Mr. Combs from all coercion.”
When announcing the verdict, Judge Arun Subramanian emphasized the recurrent nature of P crimes and violence D Diddy against his former partner.
