All Indonesia is an integrated digital service platform of Customs, Immigration, Ministry of Health, and Indonesian Quarantine Agency.Through this application, passengers can fill in the Electronic Customs Declaration (E-CD) online before arriving in Indonesia.
The facility applies both to Indonesian citizens (WNI) and foreign tourists.

“Starting on October 1, 2025, All Indonesia will be fully implemented in all airports and international ports, including Sultan Iskandar Muda Airport, Blang Bintang, Aceh Besar,” said Head of the Aceh Customs Regional Office of Compliance and Public Relations Section, Muparrih in the official statement of the Directorate General of Customs and Excise of the Ministry of Finance, Wednesday (9/24).
Muparrih said this system had been tested since July 24, 2025 at several international airports, such as Soekarno-Hatta, Juanda and Ngurah Rai for Garuda Indonesia international flights.
Then since September 1, 2025, this system began to be vacated at a number of entrances, including Soekarno-Hatta Airport, Juanda Airport, Ngurah Rai Airport, as well as several international ports in Batam such as Batam Center, Harbor Bay, Nongsa Pura, Sekupang, Marina Batam, and Goldcoast Bengkong.
All Indonesia applications can be downloaded at the Play Store and App Store, and can be accessed through the official domain address of AllIndonesia.imigrasi.go.id.
He added that this digital transformation is expected to accelerate the flow of passenger arrival, increase transparency, and provide comfort for the community and foreign tourists.With the existence of the All Indonesia system, it is expected that cross -agency coordination will be increasingly integrated, so that services at the state entrance can be more efficient, safe and reliable.
“We urge the public to be careful of fraud. Because there are already reports of fake sites that resemble All Indonesia, such as Edocsllc.online, which is used to deceive prospective visitors,” said Muparrih.
