50 percent to add electrical power to the framework

2025 through the Power Hero promo.
This promotion is given to single-phase low voltage customers with an initial power of 450 volt amperes (VA) up to 5,500 VA who want to increase power up to 7,700 VA.
The promo runs from 10 to 23 November 2025. This promo is valid for PLN customers who have registered before 1 November 2025.

“Power Hero is PLN’s form of appreciation to customers as well as our commitment to continue providing easier, faster and more affordable services through digital transformation,” said PLN Retail and Commerce Director Adi Priyanto in a written statement, Friday (14/11).
How do you get a 50 percent discount from PLN?
Prepaid customers only need to make electricity token purchase transactions, while postpaid customers only need to make electricity bill payments via the PLN Mobile application.

promo adds power to the “Reward” feature.The digital voucher can be used during the promo period.
PLN allows each PLN Mobile account to get a maximum of four
e-voucher
power boost promotion.
“We want customers to experience convenience in every PLN service process. Everything can be done digitally, from registration to payment, without the need to come to the service office,” said Adi.
PLN hopes that this promo will be an easier solution for adding power and will not burden customers’ costs.
As an illustration, customers with 450 VA power who want to increase their power to 7,700 VA only need to pay around IDR 3.5 million from the normal price of IDR 7 million.
“We hope that all customers can take advantage of this opportunity before the promo period ends,” he said.
