is scheduled to hold a press conference regarding the explanation of the results of the investigation into the alleged fake diploma case of the 7th President Joko Widodo (Jokowi).

Polda Metro Jaya has carried out a case to determine a suspect in the alleged fake diploma case of the 7th President of the Republic of Indonesia Joko Widodo (Jokowi) on Thursday (6/11).
Head of Public Relations of Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Budi Hermanto explained that before carrying out the case, investigators had carried out an assessment with experts and involved external parties such as Kompolnas.
“Yes, the assessment with experts has just been completed and the case will continue with internal supervision,” said Budi.
Polda Metro Jaya is investigating six police reports regarding allegations of fake Jokowi diplomas.Of the six reports, one of them was reported directly by Jokowi.
Jokowi reported allegations of slander or defamation related to allegations of fake diplomas, based on Article 310 of the Criminal Code and/or Article 311 of the Criminal Code and/or Article 305 in conjunction with 51 paragraph 1 of the ITE Law.
After being investigated, the police have raised the status of the report submitted by Jokowi to the investigation stage based on the title of the case where it was found that there were criminal elements in it.Meanwhile, for five other reports, three of them also moved to the investigation stage.Meanwhile, the other two reports were withdrawn by the reporting party.
