“This case is being processed according to the provisions of ethical violations and applicable rules,” said Luwu Police Chief, AKBP Adnan Pandibu in his release, Tuesday (12/8).
The Luwu Police Professional and Security Section (Propam) is said to have secured ML who served in the Luwu Police Precinct and Evidence Unit (Sat Tahti).ML is now detained in the Provos cell to undergo the internal legal process and is threatened with disrespectful dismissal (PTDH).
“If the evidence, witness testimony, the results of the examination, and elements of the violation are complete, then the PTDH recommendations will be applied to the relevant person. This is a form of our commitment to uphold discipline and maintain the honor of the institution,” he said.
This case occurred on Friday (8/8).Luwu police detention officer, Bripka ML committed acts of sexual violence against female prisoners involved in drug cases.
“Female prisoners in drug cases are suspected of being victims of Bripka ML sexual violence,” said Kasi Propam Luwu Police, AKP Mirwan Herlambang.
Currently it is completing the case file and taking information from Bripka ML to be immediately taken to the Code of Ethics Session.
“The process is running. We have secured the relevant in the provos’ detention cell. We are completing the file according to the direction of the police chief to be accelerated, so that it can be tried immediately. Propam works objectively, professionally, and transparently,” said Kasi Propam.
