Budi said that currently his party is still continuing to carry out investigations to investigate the explosion incident at the school.
Budi said the process of investigating the crime scene (TKP) was still being carried out.The examination of the witness, he said, could not yet be carried out because the witness was currently undergoing medical treatment.
“It is still being investigated because most of the witnesses are still undergoing medical treatment,” he said.
Previously, an explosion incident occurred at SMA 72 on Jalan Prihatin Number 87, Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta on Friday afternoon.
A student at SMA 72, Kelapa Gading, Ilham (not his real name) said that a student suspected of being the perpetrator of the explosion was thought to be the victim of bullying.
“Yes, that’s right. He doesn’t seem mentally strong,” said Ilham at the location several hours after the explosion.
He explained that so far it is suspected that the perpetrator, who is in grade 12, is known to like to be alone and likes drawing things that have extremism nuances such as terrorists, the United States, and likes war videos.
“I often watch shootings like that,” said Ilham.
“The information came from a classmate. A close friend,” he said.
National Police Chief General Listyo Sigit Prabowo stated that the alleged perpetrator of the explosion at SMA 72 was already known.Currently, the police are still investigating the alleged perpetrator, including investigating the identity and environment of the alleged perpetrator.
“Meanwhile, we have now found the alleged perpetrator, members are currently conducting an in-depth investigation regarding the perpetrator’s identity, then also the perpetrator’s environment, including the house and other things which we are currently investigating,” said Sigit when giving a statement at the Presidential Palace, Friday.
Sigit also confirmed that the alleged perpetrator is currently undergoing surgery due to the injuries he suffered in the explosion incident.
The identity of the alleged perpetrator is not yet known.However, Sigit confirmed that the alleged perpetrator had student status.
“One of the people who is currently carrying out operations is the alleged perpetrator, and we are currently investigating the motive for sharing various types of information, of course we will collect it so that it becomes a unified piece of information when it is informed,” he said.
