Police Transfer, 11 Policewomen Become Directors of PPA and PPO

National Police Chief General Listyo Sigit Prabowo appointed 11 female police officers (polwan) to be Directors of Investigation for the Protection of Women and Children and the Eradication of Human Trafficking (Dirres PPA and PPO) at Polda Metro Jaya to Polda North Sulawesi (Sulut).
Karo Penmas, Police Public Relations Division, Brigadier General Trunoyudo Wisnu Andiko, said this appointment was a form of Polri’s commitment to improving services and protection for women, children and vulnerable groups.
“Strengthening the structure of the PPA and PPO Directorates in a number of Polda is Polri’s commitment to improving services and protection for women, children and vulnerable groups. The placement of policewomen in these positions is expected to provide a more humane and responsive approach,” said Trunoyudo in a written statement, Saturday (20/12).

In this mutation, Commissioner Rita Wulandari Wibowo was appointed Director of PPA and PPO Polda Metro Jaya.Then, Kombes Andes Purwanti was trusted to be the Director of PPA and PPO of the South Sumatra Regional Police.
Commissioner Ganis Setyaningrum was transferred to become Director of PPA and PPO East Java Regional Police, AKBP Kristinatara Wahyuningrum became Director of PPA and PPO North Sumatra and AKBP Rumi Untara became Director of PPA and PPO West Java Regional Police.
Furthermore, AKBP Nunuk Setiyowati became Director of PPA and PPO of the Central Java Regional Police, AKBP Ni Made Pujewati became Director of PPA and PPO of the NTB Regional Police, Commissioner Dr.Nova Irone Surentu becomes Director of PPA and PPO of the NTT Regional Police.
Then, Kombes Rusdiani became Director of PPA and PPO of West Kalimantan Regional Police, AKBP Osva became Director of PPA and PPO of South Sulawesi Regional Police and AKBP Nonie Johanna Sengkey became Director of PPA and PPO of North Sulawesi Regional Police.
Previously, National Police Chief General Listyo Sigit Prabowo transferred and promoted 1,086 personnel consisting of high-ranking officers (Pati) and middle-ranking officers (Pamen).This transfer is part of career development, organizational refreshment, and efforts to strengthen the performance of the National Police in responding to the challenges of future tasks.
The transfer of thousands of personnel was stated in five telegram letters (ST).Of the total transfers, 928 personnel received promotions or flat assignments.
One of them, the position of West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) Regional Police Chief has been entrusted to Inspector General Edy Murbowo.Edy previously served as Head of the Community Development Corps of the National Police’s Security Maintenance Agency (Kakorbinmas Baharkam).
