This information was conveyed by Listyo after visiting the injured victim who was being treated at the Jakarta Cempaka Putih Islamic Hospital, Saturday (8/11).

“The team is currently continuing to investigate the aftermath of yesterday’s explosion at SMA 72. We found several supporting pieces of evidence which of course we are currently collecting. There is writing, there is evidence of powder, which is thought to have caused the potential for an explosion,” he said.
Listyo said the police would still collect other evidence, including checking social media and the perpetrator’s family history.
He said that one suspected perpetrator of the explosion had been identified as a student at the school.
He admitted that the investigative team was still investigating the perpetrator’s motives.In particular, it is suspected that the perpetrator was exposed to a certain understanding, content or ideology.
“Is exposure to content or perhaps things that make him interested and also what is the reason for doing that? We are looking into that,” he said.
The explosion occurred at SMAN 72, Kelapa Gading, Jakarta, Friday (7/11) afternoon.In total, 96 people were injured as a result of the incident.Some victims have been discharged.
