He also admitted that he had provided assistance to the victim’s family and hoped that this would not happen again.
“We have had dialogue with the family. We have also provided assistance for some time. So we hope this will not happen again. There will be no next Hisyam-Hisyam anywhere, anytime, and by anyone,” he said.
Furthermore, he emphasized that preventing bullying requires the cooperation of all parties.
“So this requires cooperation from all parties, family, community, school, yes, in educational settings, this must also strengthen each other so that bullying does not happen to anyone again,” he continued.
MH, a grade 7 student at SMPN 19 Ciater Serpong, a resident of Maruga village RT 11/09, Ciater Village, Serpong District, South Tangerang, Banten became a victim of bullying by his classmates.
The incident that happened to MH occurred at SMPN 19 on October 20 2025 in the school room.At that time, the victim was allegedly hit on the head with an iron bench.
After the incident, on Tuesday (21/10) the victim began to complain of pain due to the incident.After the family conducted an in-depth investigation, the victim admitted that he had often received bullying ranging from being hit to being kicked.
Based on the statement from the victim’s older brother, he said that his younger sibling was being treated at a private hospital in South Tangerang City.Because his condition was getting worse, he was transferred to Fatmawati Hospital.However, after one week of treatment at the hospital, the victim was declared dead.
