unwilling to be satisfied quickly following the implementation of the mass contract for 50,030 Public Housing Credit Housing Payment Liquidity Facilities (KPR FLPP) and the handover of the keys for 2025 in Serang, Banten, Saturday (20/12).
In this event, the President symbolically handed over the keys to subsidized houses to 10 low-income people (MBR) from various regions in Indonesia.The simultaneous signing of the mass agreement in 33 provinces of Indonesia is said to be the largest in history.
Prabowo said that handing over house keys and mass contracts was the government’s effort to help the Indonesian people who still need help to live a more decent life.

Prabowo admitted that he was proud and happy with the mass agreement.However, Prabowo realizes that his dream of seeing all Indonesians owning a home is still far from being achieved, because there are still 29 million people in Indonesia who do not own a home.
“This is a very proud effort, but we are still far from what we have to achieve. Today I feel happy. Although, I realize that we still have a long way to go, our dreams are still far away, 29 million of our people still don’t have a home,” said Prabowo in his speech.
“Our goal of independence is a prosperous people. After 80 years, we have to ask, are our people prosperous? There are still many of our people living in conditions that we cannot yet say are prosperous,” added Prabowo.
Nevertheless, Prabowo still thanked the Minister of Housing and Settlement Areas (PKP) Maruarar Sirait and his staff for carrying out the construction of subsidized houses.He emphasized that this was the state’s effort to help the people.
Prabowo also refused to say thanks to just one person.According to him, the success of his government came from teamwork in the Red and White Cabinet.Prabowo emphasized that choosing a good team is the same as a football team.
“For a leader who wants to be successful, the key is to choose a great team, the same with football, the same. A football team that wants to be successful must be chosen by a great team. Who is the goalkeeper, who is the striker, who is the centre, who plays defense, we have to choose the best. Don’t look at who his brother is, who his cronies are, who his cronies are. They are cronies, but they can’t strike, they can’t score goals, we won’t win!”he said.
“I feel I can talk like this because I have been in charge for one year. In one year, I think we have proven it to the people. We have achieved a lot for the people, as one unified team,” said Prabowo.
President Prabowo symbolically handed over the keys to subsidized houses to 10 representatives.The FLPP KPR recipients are teachers, masseurs who are blind, mobile coffee sellers, online motorcycle taxi drivers, seblak sellers, TNI members, laborers, preachers, barbers, and fishermen.
Apart from Banten, there were 49,730 FLPP KPR contracts held simultaneously online by 39 channeling banks.These activities are spread across 33 provinces, namely in 110 districts/cities throughout Indonesia.
“This morning, Saturday 20 December, Prabowo Subianto, President of the Republic of Indonesia, officially declared the mass contract for 50,030 FLPP KPR units and the handover of keys began. Once again, thank you to all parties who worked hard until we were able to produce 50,030 [subsidized houses],” he said when inaugurating the event procession.
