appreciates the Attorney General’s Office for handing over a total of IDR 6.6 trillion for the action carried out by the Forest Area Control Task Force.
The total money is the result of collecting forestry administrative fines by the PKH Task Force worth IDR 2.3 trillion originating from 20 palm oil companies and one nickel mining company.
The remainder is the rescue of state finances for criminal acts of corruption handled by the Attorney General’s Office worth IDR 4.2 trillion originating from cases of alleged criminal acts of corruption in providing CPO export facilities and sugar import cases.

Prabowo stated that the IDR 6.6 trillion could be used to renovate and repair six thousand schools, as well as build permanent residential homes for victims of the flood disaster in Sumatra.
“Imagine how many corporations? These 20 companies? 20 companies that refuse to fulfill their obligations. The ones that can save the lives of 100 thousand of our brothers and sisters,” said Prabowo at the Attorney General’s Building, Wednesday (24/12).
Prabowo said the current work was still difficult.However, he believes that in 2026 there will be even bolder steps.
“Let us continue, don’t be afraid. Don’t give up our enthusiasm. We are on the right path. We are on a noble path. We defend the truth of justice. We defend the interests of millions of Indonesian people. Whatever elements of foreign lackeys they don’t want to see Indonesia strong, the people at the bottom support us. The people defend us,” said Prabowo.
Apart from handing over IDR 6.6 trillion, Attorney General Burhanuddin said that the PKH Task Force had also succeeded in regaining control of 4,081,560.58 hectares of forest area.
According to him, a total of 896,969.143 hectares of land will be handed back.
Consists of oil palm plantations covering an area of 240,575,383 hectares from 124 legal subjects spread across 6 provinces.
“It was handed over to the relevant ministries, from the PKH Task Force to the Ministry of Finance, then to Danantara, then handed over to Agrinas,” he said.
“The conservation forest area was handed over to the Ministry of Forestry to restore 688,427 hectares of forest spread across 9 provinces,” said Burhanuddin.
